When I started writing, the process felt unnatural. I never made it past remedial English throughout my early academic years, so I feared people would see me as a fraud. 
 My first step was enrolling in a local community college. I took every English class offered, including Shakespeare and creative writing. I later attended writer's conferences and continued to tap on my keyboard.
 
My articles appeared in Charles Stanley's In Touch Magazine, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Gospel Publishing House, Faith and Fitness Magazine, newspapers, and various offline and online publications. But that's not all…
 
 In 2015, I was among 30,000 contestants from 126 countries competing in the most prestigious international speech competition. I was scared to dealth, but I had to overcome my fear of public speaking. 
 
 As a result, I became Toastmasters' 1st Place Champion for District 33, which positioned me as one of the world's top 100 speakers. That single event opened many speaking opportunities.
 
 As a former radio talk show host, conference workshop speaker, and podcast guest, I know people need answers. So I help them find clarity and renewed purpose through serving others with their products and services.
